Description
This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD Division 60. The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of provide CTF (Compatibility Test Facility) Outfitting and Installation services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Sources Sought Notice (SSN).
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services to meet Division 60 needs.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to destiny.l.speller.civ@us.navy.mil by 03:00PM EST, 21 September 2026.
Responses shall list "N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-60-0002" " in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.
This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
