Description

This solicitation aims to establish a contract for the purchase of natural gas delivered by pipeline to meet the needs of the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department (WASD). The natural gas is essential for the operation of generators, pumps, lime kilns, and other equipment critical to water treatment and wastewater management. The supply will be delivered through the Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) pipeline system to designated delivery points serving the County's facilities. The contract term is for 60 months starting from the first calendar day after contract approval. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder based on a firm fixed price adder per therm, excluding FTG fuel and usage fees.
