The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking suppliers for a five-year contract to provide a comprehensive range of targets and accessories for shooting ranges to support armed forces training. - Government Buyer: - NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), General and Cooperative Services Programme - Products/Services Requested: - Body-shaped targets (full, half, third, and quarter size) in green, made of laminated cardboard or heavy paperboard - IPSC classic targets in natural cardboard color - Reduced-size targets for 30m ranges, including variants for MP5 and HK-416 firearms - Pistol targets and normal targets for 100m ranges - Multiple targets in large format - Sticky patch rolls (black, brown, white, green) for target repair, with each roll containing at least 2,000 adhesive patches - Plastic dispensers for sticky notes/patches - Quantities range from 1,115 (dispenser) to over 1.6 million (body-shaped targets) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All items must meet strict material, dimension, and quality standards (e.g., minimum cardboard weight, colorfastness, weather resistance) - Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and NATO AQAP 2131 quality assurance standards is mandatory - Environmental protection measures must be observed - OEM certificates of conformity required for all items - Bidders must provide technical data sheets and part numbers for all proposed products - Minimum shelf life, specific packaging standards, and color specifications are required - Contract is for call-off orders over five years with no guaranteed minimum purchase - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; bidders must propose suitable products and provide documentation
