The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection related to the Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition (Form I-730). This form is used by refugees or asylees to petition for follow-to-join benefits for their spouse and/or children, provided the relationship existed prior to admission to the United States. The notice invites public and federal agency comments on the information collection, including its necessity, burden, and clarity. Comments are accepted for 60 days until November 13, 2026.
