Description

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) invites comments to assist in identifying significant foreign barriers or distortions affecting U.S. exports of goods and services and U.S. foreign direct investment for inclusion in the 2027 National Trade Estimate Report. The solicitation covers a wide range of trade barrier categories including import policies, technical barriers, sanitary measures, government procurement, intellectual property, services, investment, subsidies, anticompetitive practices, state-owned enterprises, labor, environment, duty evasion, and other barriers. Comments will also be considered as part of the annual review of U.S. trade agreements related to telecommunications products and services. The deadline for submission of comments is October 29, 2026.
