Description

This notice announces the initiation of countervailing duty investigations concerning certain linear hydraulic cylinders and parts thereof imported from China, India, and Mexico. The investigations are initiated based on petitions filed by domestic producers alleging that the governments of these countries are providing countervailable subsidies to producers of these products. The period of investigation is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the scope of the investigations by specified deadlines.
