Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations to determine if imports of corrugated pizza boxes from China, Malaysia, and Turkey are causing material injury or threat to the U.S. industry. These imports are alleged to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the Government of Turkey. The investigations are pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 and cover products under subheading 4819.10.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States. The Commission must reach a preliminary determination by October 26, 2026, and transmit its views to the Department of Commerce by November 2, 2026.
