The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is proposing an extension without change of a currently approved information collection related to the Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (Form I129F). This collection is used by U.S. citizens to petition for an alien spouse, fiancé(e), or child. The estimated total number of respondents is 47,700 with an average burden of 2.937 hours per response, plus an additional 1.17 hours for biometrics. The total annual burden is estimated at 195,904 hours with an associated cost burden of $5,412,004. Comments on this extension are accepted until November 13, 2026.
