The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comments on the proposed extension without change of the information collection related to the Application To Preserve Residence for Naturalization (Form N-470). This collection is used to determine whether an alien intending to be absent from the United States for one year or more is eligible to preserve residence for naturalization purposes.
