This opportunity is a sealed bid sale for expended small arms cartridge casings (ESACC) at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, managed by DLA Disposition Services. - Sale covers four types of expended brass cartridge cases: - 5.56 MM: 39,706 lbs - 7.62 MM: 4,408 lbs - 9 MM: 5,002 lbs - .50 caliber: 14,240 lbs - Bidders must submit price-per-pound bids for each item; award is all-or-none to the highest total revenue bid. - Material is sold as-is, with no warranty; export outside the US is prohibited. - Purchasers must comply with base access, environmental, and regulatory requirements. - Removal of material must occur within 15 business days after contract award, with extensions only for extenuating circumstances approved by the Sales Contracting Officer. - No OEMs or specific manufacturers are involved, as this is a sale of scrap material. - All sale and bidding instructions are detailed in the attached solicitation document.
