US Coast Guard SFLC requests brand name potable water pumps from Quality Pacific Manufacturing Inc. DBA Pacific Marine & Industrial

This opportunity is for the procurement of potable water pumps for the US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC). - The requirement is for three potable water pumps, NSN 4320-01-F26-8384, part number ASZC2-215-100. - Pumps must feature AMPCO 2" x 1-1/2" stainless steel trim and Baldor 5HP motors (EJMM3613T-GM5Gl2816). - Designed for potable water at 35 gallons per minute, with a 5-3/4" impeller. - Only products manufactured by Quality Pacific Manufacturing Inc. DBA Pacific Marine & Industrial are acceptable. - OEM authorization is required; vendors must provide proof they are authorized distributors or resellers. - No substitutions allowed without USCG SFLC technical approval. - Delivery is required by November 6, 2026, FOB destination Baltimore, MD. - Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 52, including vaporproof bags and desiccant. - This is a brand name procurement with strict documentation requirements.

Estimated contract value: $15,000 - $30,000.

Potential competitors include other manufacturers of potable water pumps, but only the specified OEM is acceptable for this procurement.

Description

This procurement is being conducted on a brand name basis. Only products manufactured by Quality Pacific Manufacturing inc. DBA: Pacific marine & industrial . will be accepted.  Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating that they are an authorized distributor/re-seller.  Failure to provide this documentation will result in the vendor’s offer being deemed non-responsive.

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for the following items:

NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.
