Item 2) 2910 01-134-6757 PUMP, FUEL BOOSTER 210 WMEC & POLAR SEA FME/ALCO MDE FUEL BOOSTER PUMP. DUAL STOCK WITH SMS. REF: TP 4648-233-A. MODEL GG495. MFG NAME: FAIRBANKS MORSE DEFENSE PART NBR: 23202810 210 WMEC & POLAR SEA FME/ALCO MDE FUEL BOOSTER PUMP. DUAL STOCK WITH SMS. REF: TP 4648-233-A. MODEL GG495. Item 3) 5999 01-326-0094 PICKUP, MAGNETIC TACHOMETER PICKUP USED ON MAIN DIESEL ENGINES ONBOARD WMEC 210 VESSELS. EACH TACHOMETER SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED AND MARKED AS MAGNETIC PICKUP. MFG NAME: FAIRBANKS MORSE DEFENSE PART NBR: 3591309 Tachometer pickup used on main diesel engines onboard WMEC 210 vessels. Each tachometer shall be individually packaged and marked as magnetic pickup. Substitute parts are not acceptable. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The Government believes that only Fairbanks Morse or their authorized distributors can provide this unit. Concerns with the expertise and capabilities to provide this item are invited to submit complete information within two (2) calendar days from the posting of this notice. The data must include sufficient detail for the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal, including a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor and will supply genuine OEM parts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, with a closing date of 3/13/2026. Quotations are requested; no written solicitation will be issued. The NAICS code is 333998 with a business size standard of 700. The purchase will be awarded using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR 13. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the Government. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation via email to Eric.I.Goldstein@uscg.mil.
