Description

The Virgin Islands Energy Office (VIEO) is seeking a qualified Prime Contractor to serve as Program Implementors and Installation Contractors for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This is a full program outsourcing with VIEO oversight and support. The Prime contractor shall work with a team of sub-tier contractors to administer and deliver the WAP from application intake through procurement, installation of equipment, and final DOE grant closeout. The contract period is two years with one one-year renewal option.
