Paul Smith's College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a qualified mechanical/HVAC contractor to remove and replace the existing boiler system at the Visitor Interpretive Center. The project includes safe removal and disposal of existing boilers, installation of two high-efficiency propane-fired boilers, and all associated piping, controls, electrical, venting, safety, insulation, and finish-restoration work. The contractor will also perform startup, testing, commissioning, staff training, and provide operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation.
