Rockland County is seeking bids for preventative maintenance and repair services for floor care equipment used by both the County and Rockland Community College. - Government Buyer: - Rockland County, Division of Purchasing - Includes Rockland Community College as a participating entity - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance and repair services for various floor care equipment - Services include scheduled cleaning, inspection, and replacement of worn parts - All parts, labor, and travel are to be included in the service, unless otherwise noted - Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at multiple locations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must obtain official bidding documents through BidNet Direct to ensure receipt of all relevant attachments and addenda - No prior awards for an identical or substantially similar contract in the past five years

Description

This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services on various Floor Care Equipment on an as needed basis, for the County of Rockland and Rockland Community College. Scheduled preventative maintenance visits shall include cleaning, inspecting, and parts which appear worn and in need of replacement in accordance with specifications. All parts, labor, and travel are to be included except as noted.
