The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Community Input and Planning Services. Qualified offerors will be eligible for as-needed contracts with an initial base period of six months and four one-year options. The County anticipates awarding up to six contracts, one per Lot, covering various community groups including Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, LGBTQ+, Tribal, Asian American/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander/Immigrant/Refugee, and Justice-Impacted/Reentry/Housing-Insecure/Veteran communities.
