Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

To be considered for award, the offeror’s proposed product must meet or exceed the following salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics. Failure to meet any one of these characteristics will render the proposal Technically Unacceptable.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets all technical characteristics of the solicitation, will meet delivery time, and is the lowest price.

The Government will evaluate quotes based purely on price and technical acceptability (meeting the exact part numbers or proving an "or equal" substitute meets all physical and functional characteristics of the requested part numbers).

Quotes must be valid for at least 90 days. Please submit all quotes to anthony.kirincic@us.af.mil and CC: 106.RQW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil no later than the Response Deadline listed above. Quotes must include pricing for all CLINs, estimated shipping timeline, and company CAGE code.

SUPPLY CHAIN SECURITY / PROHIBITION ON CHINESE COMPONENTS: To meet minimum technical acceptability, all proposed hardware, equipment, and components (including sub-assemblies and microelectronics) must be fully compliant with NDAA Section 889. Items containing components manufactured, assembled, or sourced from the People's Republic of China (PRC) will not be accepted and will render the quote technically unacceptable. Offerors must certify the Country of Origin (COO) for all provided items.
