Description
This solicitation is for the construction and installation of electrical improvements at the Esperanza Water Works site located on Wilkey Rd., North of I-10 in Fort Hancock, Texas. The project includes installation of new El Paso Electric Service to the R.O. Site and Well Site, including electrical service, metering disconnects, transfer switches, generators, panels, and docking stations to feed existing equipment and power new HVAC units. The work also involves extending power from the Well Site to a nearby above ground storage tank for lighting and instrumentation power, as well as low voltage wiring in duct bank systems through pullboxes, cable testing, trenching, and backfill. The existing sites must remain operational using temporary generators until new service and equipment are installed, tested, commissioned, and switched over. New equipment foundations, slabs, and supports are required as shown on drawings and described in specifications.
