This opportunity is for a one-time firm fixed price contract to maintain, inspect, test, and calibrate the electrical power distribution system at the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center in Columbia, Missouri. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, Harry S Truman VAMC, Columbia, MO - Scope of Work: - Maintenance, inspection, testing, and calibration of the electrical power distribution system and all components - Includes infra-red scanning, cleaning, lubrication, breaker testing, ground fault testing, relay calibration, oil sampling of transformers, and reporting - Work must be performed during off-hours (6pm to 6am) in coordination with Facilities Management - Certification and Experience Requirements: - Contractors must be certified by NETA (InterNational Electrical Testing Association) or NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) - OSHA 10-hour safety training required - Minimum five years of relevant experience - Set-Aside: - Contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or product quantities are listed; the focus is on qualified service providers
