This opportunity is for contractors to provide comprehensive furniture and appliance relocation and storage services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio, 502d Contracting Squadron (FA3016 502 CONS CL) - 502D Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland AFB - JBSA Fort Sam Houston - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Relocation, dismantling, cleaning, storage, delivery, installation, and reassembly of over 20,000 furniture and appliance items from multiple JBSA buildings - Items include: bed frames (3,600), underbed storage (3,600), nightstands (2,731), mattresses (4,124), wardrobes (2,000), high tables (37), bar stool chairs (145), desks with hutch (250), desk chairs (250), credenza storage (43), refrigerators (1,446), microwaves (1,867) - Services include: disassembly and protective packaging, loading and transport, climate-controlled storage, reassembly per room layouts, post-move cleanup, and final inspection - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials - Strict adherence to safety and security protocols - Damage-free transport and reassembly required - Flexible work hours, including weekends if needed - Climate-controlled warehouse storage - Joint inspection with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for quality and safety - The government may break out items and award multiple contracts due to size and timeframe - All detailed requirements are referenced in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Information (RFI) documents.

Description

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items listed below and the cost associated to acquire these specific items/services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.   The Government is interested in collecting market information in accordance with (IAW) RFO Part 10, Market Research. The anticipated requirement is Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

The purpose of this Market Research is to identify potential contractors capable of providing the relocation and storage of 20K+ furniture and appliance items from multiple locations on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. This requirement includes the dismantling, relocation, cleaning, and storage of these items IAW the attached Draft SOW.

Please note

This contract will require relocation of all items back to base at a later date. All the current information for this requirement has been provided. Due to the size and timeframe requested, we may break out items and complete multiple contracts for this requirement.*
