Description

Tarrant County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide SCRAM Remote Breath and Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring services for participants in the Tarrant County Veterans Treatment Court. Services include participant enrollment, equipment installation and removal, alcohol monitoring, secure electronic reporting, violation and tampering notifications, equipment support, and access to monitoring records. The contract term is twelve months with an option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Vendors must demonstrate experience, compliance with HIPAA, and provide electronic reporting capabilities.
