This program connects individuals experiencing an overdose at Emergency Departments/Emergency Medical Services to treatment and community services, in addition to providing naloxone. The Missouri Hospital Association, with its extensive network of hospitals, is uniquely qualified to provide the services required under the EPICC Program. This procurement is issued as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 due to the proprietary nature of the requirement.
