Mobile County Community Corrections Center is seeking a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver fully managed IT services for its operations. - Government Buyer: - Mobile County Commission, via Mobile County Purchasing Department - Office: Mobile County Community Corrections Center - Scope of Services: - Server management and monitoring for approximately 50 computers and 3 servers - Help desk support (Tier 1-3) - Microsoft 365 licensing, administration, and support - Cybersecurity services including: - Endpoint protection - Firewall management - Multi-factor authentication (MFA) - Vulnerability scanning - CJIS compliance - Offsite/cloud backups and disaster recovery - Network analysis and assessment - Audit and cyber liability insurance compliance support - Vendor Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of managed IT services experience - Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, CISSP, CISM) - Experience supporting criminal justice or regulated environments - Onsite personnel must pass CJIS background checks and complete CJIS Security Awareness Training - Proposal Requirements: - Company profile, detailed service descriptions, staffing plan, SLAs, cybersecurity tools, backup/disaster recovery strategy, pricing (flat monthly rate, hourly for out-of-scope, separate Microsoft 365 licensing), references, and proof of insurance - Contract Details: - Three-year term, renewable annually - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named; potential OEMs include Microsoft (Microsoft 365), Veeam, Datto, Acronis (backup/disaster recovery tools) - Unique Requirements: - CJIS compliance and background checks for onsite personnel - Cyber liability insurance compliance - Support for criminal justice/regulated environments
