Description

The Ministry seeks to contract with one Vendor to provide end-to-end Card Production and Image Capture Services, including the design, production, personalization, and delivery of Physical Cards, and the provision of related Image Capture Services. The scope includes operational, transition, and governance requirements covering day-to-day services, performance, quality, security, continuity, service delivery, and oversight throughout the term of the agreement. The contract duration is estimated at 84 months, starting approximately March 1, 2027.
