Description
The City of Carlsbad is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform a citywide pavement condition assessment and update the pavement management database. The project involves approximately 351 centerline miles of pavement, including most Prime and Major Arterial streets. The City currently uses OpenGov pavement management software integrated with ArcGIS and seeks consultants experienced with these systems as well as Lucity software. Additionally, the City requests optional pricing for an automated traffic-sign retro-reflectivity study covering approximately 19,400 signs.
