This solicitation is for the establishment of a prequalification pool (No. EVN0000101) for Cisco software, hardware, maintenance, and professional services to support Miami-Dade County's Cisco network and telephone infrastructure. The pool will be used to solicit these services and products, including Cisco hardware, parts, software as a service, cloud solutions, maintenance, repair, and technical support services. Vendors must be certified Cisco channel partners with a minimum Gold certification level to qualify. The pool is recommended for a five-year extension and will allow vendors to participate in future spot market competitions through Invitations to Quote or Work Order Proposal Requests.
