Lewisville Independent School District is seeking a qualified partner to deliver a comprehensive, turnkey afterschool and summer enrichment program for Pre-K to 8th grade students. - Government Buyer: - Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) - Procurement Department, Senior Buyer: Candace Schmitke - Program Requirements: - Turnkey operation covering all aspects: staffing, curriculum, enrichment activities, supplies, equipment, supervision, registration, communication, and daily operations - Financially self-sustaining model: vendor generates all operating revenue through participant fees and other sources - Revenue-sharing arrangement: vendor shares a portion of revenue with LISD - Scalable across multiple campuses, accommodating diverse student needs - Enrichment areas include academic, fine arts, sports, character development, and community service - Compliance with all state and federal regulations, including student data privacy and child safety - Inclusive, safe, and adaptable to a large and diverse student population - Multi-year contract with annual performance reviews and renewal options - Notable Requirements: - No direct payment from LISD; vendor must operate independently and sustain the program financially - Provider must demonstrate a track record of success in similar environments - Strong emphasis on quality, safety, measurable outcomes, and holistic student development

Description

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive, turnkey after-school enrichment program serving students in grades Pre-K through 8th grade. The successful proposer will provide all personnel, program administration, curriculum, enrichment activities, supplies, equipment, supervision, registration/enrollment processes, communication, and other resources necessary to operate a high-quality after-school program. The program is intended to be self-sustaining and revenue-generating, with no direct program service fee paid by LISD. Proposers must submit a business and financial model demonstrating financial self-sustainability and a revenue-sharing structure with LISD. The program will operate approximately 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday on regular school days, with detailed staffing plans and student-to-staff ratios required. The proposal must include a detailed service delivery plan and provide a broad range of developmentally appropriate enrichment activities.
