Description

The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) intends to negotiate a five-year agreement with Branagh Information Group, Inc. for remote online access to the Technical Assistance (TA) Module 01 software data system. This system helps categorize childcare program needs identified in quality improvement plans, identify local trends, and assist in planning future resources. It also supports pre- and post-assessment analysis to demonstrate improvement over time. The software licenses and training enable DOHMH Early Childhood Education Consultants to assess early childhood settings using the Environment Rating Scale (ERS) software. Branagh Information Group, Inc. is the only authorized vendor for this software, making this a sole source procurement.
