Description

The Agency is seeking to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement with Vendors who are Certified ServiceNow Partners. These vendors must have demonstrated expertise in providing implementation, advisory, integration, optimization, managed services, and ongoing professional support services for the ServiceNow platform. The contract term is for one 12-month period starting December 1, 2026, with the possibility of two optional 12-month extensions. This procurement complies with the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
