Western Nevada College is seeking bids for the installation and integration of Avigilon security camera systems at its Carson and Fallon campuses. - Government Buyer: - Western Nevada College - Project plans and specifications by PK Electrical, Inc. - OEM Highlighted: - Avigilon (all equipment must be Avigilon brand) - Vendors/Integrator Requirements: - Only current Authorized Avigilon Integrators, certified by Avigilon, may bid - Bidders must provide proof of Avigilon authorization, certification number, number of Avigilon-certified personnel, years of experience, and examples of similar completed projects - Products/Services Requested: - Avigilon video surveillance systems (cameras and related equipment) for interior and exterior public spaces across all campus buildings - Installation, configuration, programming, commissioning, and ongoing support of the Avigilon system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Project is a prevailing wage job - Estimated cost range: $800,000 to $900,000 - Insurance requirements: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Installation Floater - Work may be staggered to accommodate campus activities - Completion deadline enforced with liquidated damages for delays

Description

This solicitation is for the procurement and installation of a security camera system on the Carson and Fallon Campuses of Western Nevada College. The work includes furnishing, installing, configuring, programming, commissioning, and supporting Avigilon video surveillance systems as per plans and specifications prepared by PK Electrical, Inc. The AV contractor must be a current Authorized Avigilon Integrator. The project is a prevailing wage project with an estimated cost range of $800,000 to $900,000 and requires completion by February 26, 2027.
