The system must include modules for tee sheet, inventory, reporting, marketing, food and beverage, online bookings, and an online store, with real-time data sharing across all locations. The contractor will be responsible for implementation, configuration, training, ongoing technical support, software updates, and maintenance to ensure effective and reliable operation. The contract term is one year starting February 1, 2027, with options for three additional one-year renewals.
