Description
Elections Saskatchewan (ESK) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to establish a pre-qualified list of vendors capable of providing training course development services in Articulate for use in ESK's online Learning Management System. The vendor list will support the development and modernization of training to prepare election officials and other personnel for Saskatchewan's 31st General Election on October 30, 2028. Pre-qualified vendors may be invited to respond to Statements of Work for specific projects, including reviewing existing materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, designing accessible and engaging online learning, developing courses in Articulate Rise or Storyline, and preparing completed modules for integration into ESK's Learning Management System.
