Description

The project involves removing an existing wood-framed wall and portions of an existing concrete retaining wall and footing in the courtyard area north of the City Hall public entrance. The scope includes electrical removals, clearing and grubbing, tree and shrub removals, wall and fountain demolition, irrigation modifications, sidewalk demolition and reconstruction, grading/export, underground conduit and bollard lighting installation, stucco finish on existing wall, bench relocations, and other related work. The project requires a Class B license and has a duration of 33 working days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, and bidders must submit the City's BID PROPOSAL forms.
