Description

The Massachusetts Trial Court, through the Office of Court Management, Facilities Management & Capital Planning (FMCP), is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, operational testing, load-bank testing, repair, and emergency service for standby generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and identified uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems at Trial Court facilities statewide. The solicitation is divided into five regional award groups, with each region evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The initial contract term is 32 months, with two optional one-year renewals. Bidders may bid on one or more complete regions, but no partial-facility bids within a region are allowed.
