Description

The Massachusetts Trial Court, Facilities Management & Capital Planning (FMCP), is seeking proposals for a service agreement to provide preventive maintenance and authorized repair services for chillers and associated HVAC equipment serving Region 3 court facilities. Covered equipment includes chillers, cooling towers, chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps, water separators, and related components identified in this RFP and Appendix A. The intent is to maintain reliable operation, support code compliance, reduce equipment downtime, and provide consistent preventive maintenance in accordance with applicable OEM manuals. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals, and the solicitation includes a pre-bid conference and site visits.
