Description

The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood & Housing Services Department (NHSD) is seeking proposals from non-profit and for-profit developers for gap funding to produce, rehabilitate, preserve, or acquire affordable rental housing developments. Projects may include conventional affordable housing or supportive housing such as permanent supportive housing within the City of San Antonio. The proposed projects should serve households at 60% of the area median income (AMI) or below, including housing for families with incomes up to 30% AMI, public housing, or income-based housing. A pre-submittal conference will be held via WebEx, and registration on the SAePS portal is required to view and respond to the solicitation.
