Description

The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation - Health Care Division (DCR-HCD) is seeking services for the removal and disposal of bio-hazardous waste. The contractor must have a current Solid Waste Permit issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health and provide regulated medical waste disposal services including supplies, pickup, transport, and treatment on all serviced islands. Services are required at two facility locations on Hawaii Island at the DCR-HCD Health Care Units. The contract is for 12 months with options to extend for two additional 12-month periods, and the unit price must be all inclusive of Hawaii General Excise Tax and supplies.
