The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for the replacement of dietary and laundry domestic hot water storage tanks at the Newton Correctional Facility in Newton, Iowa. The scope includes removal and replacement of existing storage tanks and one expansion tank, installation of an additional expansion tank, temporary removal and reinstallation of the louver, outdoor air intake plenum, and exhaust ductwork, as well as revisions to plumbing piping as required.
