The work includes demolition of the existing 7,200-square-foot asphalt basketball court and hoops, subbase recompaction and leveling, installation of approximately 5,640 square feet of 3.5-inch-thick Portland cement concrete pavement with vapor barrier and welded wire mesh, basketball court striping, installation of two new basketball poles, backboards, and hoops, placement of approximately 18 cubic yards of soil, installation of approximately 960 square feet of sod, and all related work as specified in the contract documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the City of West Covina's PlanetBids portal. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
