The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure a qualified supplier for a comprehensive, web-based Online Training Management System. The system must support secure individual member accounts, remote training delivery, class scheduling, attendance tracking, test administration, and reporting. It should also maintain and track member credentials, certifications, and recertification requirements in compliance with Georgia emergency services standards.
