The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. This solicitation is open only to bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT. Bidders must ensure their bids arrive on or before the specified time, and no communication with GDOT staff about the solicitation or scope is allowed during the process except as instructed.
