This Advance Procurement Notice (APN) is for potential contracts related to Facilities Maintenance and Support Services in Northern Canada, covering approximately 100 buildings and associated infrastructure across Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. The scope includes maintenance of building envelopes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, security, kitchen equipment, and soft services such as pest management, landscaping, janitorial, hazardous waste, environmental services, snow and ice control, waste management, and utility billing support. Facilities support services include service management, maintenance management, emergency response, asset advice, and help desk. The contracts are estimated at a total value of $465 million, split into two contracts, with terms of 5 years initial and options for two additional 3-year periods.
