This Advance Procurement Notice (APN) is for potential contracts related to Facilities Maintenance and Support Services in Northern Canada, covering approximately 100 buildings and associated infrastructure across Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. The scope includes maintenance of building envelopes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, security, kitchen equipment, and soft services such as pest management, landscaping, janitorial, hazardous waste, environmental services, snow and ice control, waste management, and utility billing support.
