Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) is seeking a qualified customer experience (CX) and service design consultant to research, map, and redesign the end-to-end EV charging journey and translate it into executable, scalable operational processes for citywide implementation. The goal is a clearly defined target-state journey, standardized service processes, and a playbook that TPA can operate and sustain. The contract is expected to start on 2026/10/31 and the procurement method is competitive open bidding. Bidding documents are available on a third-party site, Merx, with possible fees.
