This requirement is set aside for small businesses.

Quotes shall be emailed to the contracting officer (primary point of contact) and contract specialist (secondary point of contact). The emailed offer shall contain the solicitation number in the title of the email.

The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.

Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 17 September 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
