This opportunity seeks contractor services for bird dropping removal, avian waste extraction, and bird mitigation at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 766 Enterprise Sources Squadron (766 ESS), Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) - Scope of Services: - Removal of bird droppings, nesting materials, and biodebris from Hangar 4 - High-pressure washing and surface disinfection using EPA-registered biocides - Containment and proper disposal of wastewater - Humane bird trapping and relocation for a 2-week period - Installation of physical exclusion systems (e.g., bird netting, spikes, wire mesh) - Power washing of affected areas - Deliverables and Requirements: - Submission of safety plans, chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS), disposal manifests, and completion reports - Compliance with strict environmental, safety, and quality assurance standards - All work to be completed within 45 days of contract award (or sooner if proposed) - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or branded products are identified; all services are commercial in nature - 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 561710 - Firm-fixed price contract structure

This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. This solicitation will be for service to remove bird droppings, bird trapping/mitigation  at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI - IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
