Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of OCC's Regional and Midsize Financial Institutions (RMFI) Business Unit, awarded Metrika, Inc. a single award contract for Stablecoin Consultant Services (SCS). The SCS work will support RMFI in ensuring OCC's implementation of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoin (GENIUS) Act (12 U.S.C. 5901 et seq.).  The contract will be for a period not to exceed 1 year, should the 6-month option period be exercised.

The justification and approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition is under unusual and compelling urgency in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-2, and made available in accordance with RFO 6.301 Availability of the justification.
