Description
This is a Request For Information (RFI) for the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS), has a requirement to procure ten (10) Instructor Soundproof Pods to support digital curriculum delivery and live webinar hosting. The soundproof pods will function on a shared-use model, where units are not dedicated to individual faculty members but utilized on demand by instructors during scheduled virtual classes. Procurement of these commodities is essential for on-site mission readiness; without these pods, instructional staff must remain on telework/work-from-home status to satisfy acoustic privacy and background noise suppression standards necessary for effective online teaching. See document attached for additional information.
