NASA Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility (JSC WSTF) awarded a sole source Purchase Order to Force Measurement System, Inc. for a Thrust Measurement System for WSTF's Test Stand 401 in support of hypergolic thruster testing for Griffin Lunar Lander in 2027. This sole source is pursuant to FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
