(OEM) or an authorized distributor - Sole source acquisition due to compatibility and fleet configuration requirements - Products Requested: - Over 30 distinct pump overhaul parts, including: - Sealing rings (multiple part numbers, up to 11 units) - O-rings (multiple part numbers, up to 12 units) - Lip seals, mechanical seals, roller bearings, gaskets, pins, plugs, rotor sets, bushings, shaft collars, snap rings, keys, ball bearings, valve springs, support discs - Specific part numbers and quantities provided for each item - Bushings and seals for fuel oil transfer and pre-lube pumps (L2NG 106/180 ASOGIA-G PUMP) - Unique Requirements: - Parts must be compatible with T-AO 205 John Lewis Class vessels - Items are critical ship equipment per COMSCINST 4490 and SMS Procedure 10.6-002 - Inspection and acceptance at MSC Norfolk; delivery to MSC Warehouse Norfolk, VA - Delivery deadline is on or before May 14, 2027 - No option years or subscriptions; one-time delivery - Notable Details: - Sole source justification due to OEM compatibility and fleet maintenance standards
