The U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Office of Administration, is seeking a small business contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for the White House Complex. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Office of Administration, Administrative Operations Division, White House Complex - Scope of Services: - Maintenance of 39 HVAC units across 36 guard posts - 32 duct or ductless heat pump units - 7 packaged window units - Routine bi-monthly maintenance, semi-annual and annual deep cleaning, inspections, repairs, and emergency response - Emergency repair services require verbal response within 1 hour and onsite arrival within 4 hours, available 24/7 including holidays - Replacement parts reimbursed at actual cost plus markup; labor rates are separate - Products/Services Requested: - HVAC maintenance services (routine, semi-annual, annual, deep cleaning, non-emergency and emergency repairs) - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or brands are mentioned; contractor must service a variety of HVAC unit types - Unique Requirements: - Services must cover both scheduled and emergency maintenance - Deep cleaning and component replacement included annually - Contract is firm-fixed price with a 9-month base period and four 12-month option periods - Contractor must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7, including holidays
